Northeast Florida Paranormal Investigations was contacted by the homeowner to assist in determining the reason for possible paranormal experiences within her home. This particular case sparked our interest since the home is located in the same neighborhood, outside of St Augustine that we have received calls in the past.

 

The homeowner’s experiences ranged from misplaced items to noises and voices. She also has a number of pets and has witnessed the animals staring at certain locations as if they see something.

 

Given this home was in the same neighborhood as a previous home we investigated, we invited the other homeowner to join us to see if we could experienced similar occurrences. He was feeling some of the same sensations experienced in his own home but we are not sure if this had to do with this home or a spirit attached to him.

 

We spent several hours investigating the home utilizing our handheld equipment. We didn’t have any personal experiences but evidence review did result in several EVPs. We don’t feel there is anything harmful in the home but it does raise additional questions as far as what is going on in this neighborhood.

 

Given the number of homeowners that have contacted us from this area, it seems there is something tied to this location. It is just off the river and south of Downtown St Augustine. With the rich history tied to the area, it would not be surprising to find that there could be some historical significance to the location.
